The Ruling on Performing Voluntary Prayers Designated During Disliked Times
Is it permissible to pray the two rak'ahs of greeting the mosque and the two rak'ahs of ablution during the disliked times for prayer?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The disliked times for voluntary prayers, such as at sunrise and sunset, make the voluntary prayer disliked in general, even if it is the greeting of the mosque. And God knows best.
