The Ruling on Organ Donation

Question
Is it permissible for a doctor to transplant an organ from a deceased person to a patient if no donor is found, after consulting the family of the deceased?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: It is permissible for a person, while alive, to donate their organs upon their death, and if they do not donate, their relatives do not have the right to donate any of their organs. And God knows best.
