The Ruling on One Who Insults Religion and Its Effect on the Marriage Contract
A man who insults religion, is he considered a disbeliever? And if he is married, does the contract become void and is it considered a divorce?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Cursing religion is agreed upon as disbelief and it nullifies the marriage contract, and it must be renewed in front of witnesses, and God knows best.
