The Ruling on One Heir Contesting the Will to Take All the Inheritance
Is it permissible for one of the brothers to claim that all the inheritance belongs to him based on the will, and that the remaining siblings have nothing?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: There is no will for an heir, and the inheritance is distributed among them according to Islamic law, and God knows best.
