The Ruling on Oaths Connected to the Will of God
He swore by God that he would not do it, if God wills, and he did not do it. Does he break his oath?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If he includes the will in his speech, the oath is invalidated and there is no expiation left if he does not fulfill it, and God knows best.
