What is the ruling on being unable to perform the Fajr prayer most days due to fatigue, and making it up at nine o'clock, for example?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is forbidden for a person to delay the prayer beyond its time, and it is a great sin. He must take all the means that help him perform it on time, and God knows best.
