The Ruling on Not Following the Obligatory Prayer with the Sunnah
If there is a long interval between the obligatory prayer and the Sunnah prayer within the time, is that permissible? For example, if I pray the Sunnah of the Dhuhr before the obligatory prayer, then I pray two rak'ahs of need, and then I pray the obligatory prayer afterwards?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: the sequence between the obligatory and the Sunnah is based on preference and priority, and God knows best.
