The Ruling on Jihad in Palestine
Is jihad in Palestine an individual obligation or a communal obligation?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Jihad is obligatory for every Muslim and Muslimah if even a span of Muslim land is occupied, but it must be led by an Imam; out of fear of fitna among the people, and God knows best.
