The Ruling on Insulting the Prophet ﷺ
Currently in Kyrgyzstan, there are people who call themselves Tengrists who speak ill of the Prophet ﷺ and insult our scholars and Muslims in general. What is the legal ruling regarding them? How should we deal with them? Are they considered Muslims?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Whoever insults the Prophet, peace be upon him, is an infidel, unless he repents from that, and God knows best.
