What are the consequences for the suitor if he insults the Divine Essence?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Insulting the Divine Essence is disbelief in God by consensus, and the marriage contract of one who disbelieves is annulled. If he returns to Islam, he must renew it, and God knows best.
