The Ruling on Initiating a Collective Prayer to Alleviate Affliction
Question: One of the women is initiating a project at the level of the governorate or the kingdom by volunteering to perform two units of voluntary prayer, and fasting if possible, followed by supplication and pleading to Allah to alleviate the affliction. Is this action considered an innovation?
