The Ruling on Inheriting from the Son of the Son
A young man passed away two months before his mother, and he has children. The mother left an inheritance, which was distributed among her sons and daughters. Do the children of her deceased son inherit?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: They do not inherit unless the grandmother bequeathed to them, and Allah knows best.
