The Ruling on Helping the Poor with Zakat Money
A man who is a day laborer supports his family, and now there is no work, and he receives a small pension. Is it permissible to start a project for him with zakat money?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to undertake a project that he owns, and God knows best.
