The Ruling on Giving the Khutbah in a Language Other than Arabic

Question
Isn't it one of the pillars of the Friday Khutbah according to the four schools of thought that it should be in Arabic? How can the imam of the Sofia mosque give the sermon in Turkish? Or do the Hanafi scholars have a different opinion?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The sermon in Arabic is a Sunnah, as are all the remembrances, except for the recitation of the Quran in prayer for those who are not unable, as it is obligatory in Arabic. And God knows best.
