The Ruling on Giving Charity from the Interest of Usurious Money
She has an amount of money in a usurious bank, and she takes interest from it and gives it as charity. Is it permissible for her to give it as charity or donate it to a charitable cause?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: You must withdraw your money from usurious banks; due to the prohibition of dealing with them in usury, and God knows best.
