The Ruling on Gifts to Offspring
A woman says that she has two daughters and no sons, and she is concerned about the future of her daughters. Is it permissible for her to register her properties in the names of her daughters, knowing that this woman has brothers and sisters?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: She has the right to manage her money in her life as she sees fit, including this scenario, but she fears that she will register the money in the daughters' names and then need it herself. And God knows best.
