The Ruling on Fulfilling a Vow with Monetary Value Instead of the Actual Item

Question
A woman vowed to sacrifice several animals if she obtained something, and then she obtained it. Is it permissible for her to give money equivalent to the value of the sacrifices instead of actually sacrificing?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: Yes, it is permissible to give whatever value of the sacrifices she wishes, whether in cash, meat, or clothing; as it is permissible to give the value in vows, and Allah knows best.
