I say, and with God's success: If she does not feel safe in the marital home because the husband has brothers living in the house, for example, she should move to her parents' house. Likewise, if she does not inherit the marital home, the heirs have the right to evict her from it. If the house is her inheritance and she feels safe in it, she must observe the waiting period there, and whoever evicts her while she is coerced in that is sinful. If she is not coerced, then she is the one who is sinful. And God knows best.
