The Ruling on Following the State in Decisions Contrary to the Judgment of Allah Almighty
A sister has an inheritance, and she says that the state gives the male the same share as the female, which is contrary to the verse. Is it permissible for her to take it?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: It is not permissible for her to take more than her legal share, and she must give it to her siblings. And Allah knows best.
