Microblading for eyebrows (a beauty expert fills in the empty areas of hair in the eyebrow with a manual tool, and microblading is considered a form of tattooing but in a superficial way and more inclined towards a natural look by drawing hair-like strokes), is it halal or haram?

I say, and with God's help: If it is considered adornment and causes temptation and harm, then it is not permissible, and God knows best.
