The Ruling on Engaging in Indecent Acts Without Intercourse
Does engaging in indecent acts or touching between spouses without intercourse require a full ritual washing (ghusl) or just ablution (wudu)?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The indecent direct contact between spouses, where the private parts touch each other without intercourse, only requires ablution unless ejaculation occurs, and God knows best.
