What is the ruling on engaging in immoral acts for the fasting person?
Answer
It is disliked for the fasting person to engage in immoral acts: that is, to embrace while they are naked, and to touch her private parts with his private parts. See: Al-Hadiyyah Al-‘Ala’iyyah, p. 171.
