The Ruling on Electronic Card Commissions
When I pay the value of a balance on the rapid bus card electronically, they charge me a commission. Is this permissible for me?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: this commission is a fee provided in exchange for a service, and it is permissible if it does not involve exploitation or monopoly and does not deviate from the norm, and God knows best.
