The Ruling on Eating Inheritance Money
Our father passed away, and when dividing the inheritance, we agreed to have a monthly salary. One of our brothers gave us half of the salary on the condition that he would give us the other half after a while, then he denied our right to this salary. Should we demand it from him? Is he sinful for doing that?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: You have a right in the inheritance, not in the salary, so you are required to demand your full right in the inheritance, and God knows best.
