A wife has had disputes with her husband for 25 years. He has divorced her twice before, then stopped and did not divorce her until a few days ago when he got angry and divorced her. However, he wants her back. What is the ruling?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If his divorce is valid in such a way that it did not deviate from his usual behavior during anger, then she is not lawful for him until she marries another husband, and he should consult the mufti to confirm the situation, and God knows best.
