A woman asked her husband for a sum of money to give to her family, and after he permitted her, he retracted and said: do not give them the money. However, without his knowledge and permission, she took part of the money and gave it to her family, and she swore on the Quran falsely that she did not take any money. What is the ruling?

I say, and with God's help: It is forbidden for her to manage her husband's money without his permission, and it is forbidden for her to swear falsely, and God knows best.
