The Ruling on Disposing of an Amount of Money from the Husband at His Death
A woman whose husband has died, and he had a small amount of money with him, is she entitled to take it and use it for household matters?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: What is left of wealth is inheritance, no matter how small, and it is divided according to the rules of inheritance, and Allah knows best.
