The Ruling on Digging a Well for the Poor from Zakat Funds
Is it permissible to dig a well from our zakat funds to provide water for the poor?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to invest zakat funds, but it must remain allocated for the poor, and God knows best.
