What is the ruling on designing a picture of a deceased person and placing Surah Al-Fatiha next to it to hang in the house?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Photography is permissible, and hanging the Quran in the house is recommended. Hanging Al-Fatiha and the image is permissible, and God knows best.
