The Ruling on Denying the Disobedient Son from Inheritance

Question
I am eighty-six years old, and I have nine children. I own several properties, and my eldest son is sixty-two years old. I built a house for him, secured him a marital life from my wealth, and bought him a taxi. However, my son has become disobedient to me and has filed many lawsuits in court to inherit from me while I am still alive. He does not hesitate to insult me with the worst words. Am I entitled to deny him inheritance?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is not permissible to deny inheritance; it is his legal right. You should respond to the bad with good and pray for him, as he is your son no matter how much you have been harmed by him. You would not want Allah to punish him, so you should pray for him and do good to him. And Allah knows best.
