The Ruling on Denying Siblings Inheritance
A man died leaving a wife, three daughters, and siblings, and he wrote all his assets in the name of his wife and daughters. Is he sinful? What is his expiation?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible for him to divide his wealth among his children in this manner during his lifetime without sin, and there is no expiation, and God knows best.
