The Ruling on Cutting Off Charity from a Wealthy Widow

Question
A woman used to help her widowed sister with a monthly amount, but then this widow started receiving assistance from charitable organizations and many benefactors, and she began to receive a very large monthly amount. Her financial situation is excellent, she pays her zakat, and her condition is better than that of her sister. Is it permissible for her sister to cut off the charity due to her need for money?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If the situation is as you mentioned, it can stop the assistance for itself; because it has become more deserving of it, and God knows best.
