What is the ruling on cutting hair and nails in our school of thought for the one who intends to sacrifice?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to cut hair and trim nails for one who is obligated to offer a sacrifice, but it is contrary to what is preferable, and God knows best.
