The Ruling on Consuming the Wealth of Others
My brother passed away leaving a father, a mother, a wife, and children. The wife refused to inherit from the parents, and then the mother passed away followed by the father. The wife is living in Libya with her children. How should we deal with the wife?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: This is a right from God for the father and mother, so they have the right to take it in a good manner or to resort to the judiciary to obtain it, and God knows best.
