The Ruling on Conditional Oath with God's Will
What is the ruling on associating an oath with the will of Allah, such as saying: 'By Allah, I will not do it if Allah wills'? If he falls short in something or neglects it, does he incur a sin?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: the comment in the oath with 'God willing' cancels it, so there is no oath left at all, and God knows best.
