The Ruling on Combining Two Intentions in Sacrifice
Is it permissible to combine the intention of the aqeeqah sacrifice with the sacrifice of fidyah?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Slaughtering for redemption and 'aqiqah is an act of devotion for the sake of Allah, and it can be intended to achieve these two matters, and Allah knows best.
