The Ruling on Cleaning Impurities with Liquids Other than Water
Does a garment that has blood on it become pure simply by rubbing it with a substance that removes stains, for example, and then rubbing it with a substance like alcohol without using water? Is it purified in this way?

I say, and with God's help: It is not a condition for purification to use water; rather, it is sufficient to use a pure, cleansing liquid, and God knows best.
