The Ruling on Circumcision
If a boy is not circumcised in his childhood, and he reaches adulthood while in this condition, having exceeded the age of twenty, how should his ablution and worship be? What is the ruling on circumcision in Islam?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Circumcision is a Sunnah, and one can be circumcised when he is an adult, and his ablution and worship are valid without circumcision, and God knows best.
