The Ruling on Burying a Woman Without Her Mahram
Is it permissible for non-mahrams to descend into the grave of a woman during the burial process?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If none of her mahrams are available, it is permissible for others to bury her out of necessity, and God knows best.
