The Ruling on Breastfeeding
My nephew nursed from me when he was a few months old, and my daughter was two and a half years old. Does that make him a brother to her through breastfeeding?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: He is considered a brother to all your children, and you are a mother to him through nursing, and your husband is a father to him through nursing, and God knows best.
