I say, and with God's success: If the doctor informed her that it is menstrual blood, then she is not considered to be menstruating because of it, and it takes the ruling of any blood that comes from breaking the ablution. If the doctor did not inform her that it is menstrual blood, then she is considered to be menstruating even if it is just spots, as long as there has been a gap of fifteen days between one blood and another, and God knows best.
