The Ruling on Blood After the Breaking of the Hymen
What is the ruling on the blood that comes after the breaking of the hymen? Is it purified by ablution or by washing?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If it was released due to sexual intercourse, then a full ablution (ghusl) is required. If it was released without intercourse, then ablution (wudu) is required. And God knows best.
