The Ruling on Bidding Farewell to a Deceased Woman by Those Who Are Not Her Mahram

Question
Is it permissible to bid farewell to a deceased woman by seeing her face without touching her, by those who are not her mahrams, such as cousins and in-laws?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If she is elderly, it is permissible; unlike a young woman, it is disliked. And God knows best.
