The Ruling on Bequests to Grandchildren from Daughters
Is it permissible for a Muslim to bequeath part of his estate to his grandchildren through his daughters?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is permissible to make a will for anyone who does not inherit, and the children of a daughter do not inherit, so the will to them is valid, and God knows best.
