The Ruling on Benefiting from Cemetery Trees
Is it permissible to eat the fruits of cemetery trees, and for what purpose can these trees be used? Are they sellable or can they be exchanged for better ones?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to eat from it if it is a means for the people; otherwise, it is not permissible. And God knows best.
