The Ruling on Allowing the Slaughter by One Who Insults Allah Almighty
There are some slaughterers who have no religion, and they may insult the religion or the divine essence. Is it permissible to accept their slaughter?
Answer
I say, and may it be successful: If he has no religion, it is forbidden. If he insults the divine essence, he becomes an infidel unless he repents and utters the testimony afterwards; then it is permissible to slaughter him, otherwise it is not permissible. And Allah knows best.
