The Ruling on Advancing and Delaying Prayer for a Traveler
I leave the house shortly before the Dhuhr prayer. Is it permissible for me to pray Dhuhr before the adhan, or to intend to combine Dhuhr with Asr due to the place I am traveling to where I cannot pray?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is not permissible to pray before the time, and it is forbidden for you to delay the Dhuhr prayer until the Asr prayer, and you must perform it on time, and God knows best.
