The Ruling on Accepting Donations from a Suspect Source
Is it permissible to accept a donation from a person whose source of income is from a tobacco factory?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Money can be accepted as a donation; because it is obligatory for him to donate it; because it is ill-gotten wealth if he is the owner of the factory, but if he is an employee there, his earnings are lawful, and God knows best.
