The Ruling on Abandoning the Shaf' and Witr Prayers
I pray the 'Isha prayer but do not pray the Shaf' and Witr prayers, is that permissible?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The Witr prayer consists of three obligatory units, and it is forbidden to neglect it, and God knows best.
