The Ruling on a Woman Who Has Purified Herself Before the Forty Days
A woman gave birth 22 days ago, and now she is no longer experiencing bleeding. Is it permissible for her to pray, or should she wait until the forty days are over?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the time for prayer has passed and she has not experienced bleeding, she must perform the ritual purification and pray, and she should not wait until the forty days are over. If the bleeding returns later, she should stop praying. And God knows best.
